In Mobile WMS, we have considered that you will often have a large number of receive orders to choose from. With the help of our convenient filtering feature, you can easily locate a specific order. With a single scan, you can automatically search among all released orders. The order will automatically appear on the scanner, and you are now ready to start receiving it.
If you prefer, it is also possible to filter on various warehouse locations as well as on expected delivery date. Additionally, we have made it possible to add more filtering options of your own choice. This is done via the financial system.
Mobile WMS also supports return orders. This could, for instance, be a customer returning a previously purchased item. When the item has been inspected and is ready to be received into your inventory, you simply open the return order on the scanner and register the item as being returned.
In case you are receiving an item with a barcode that still has not been registered in your financial system, the feature Register Barcode allows you to easily and quickly associate the barcode with an existing item.
Should you receive an item without a barcode, you can generate and print a new item label with the help of our Print Label feature. This is also very convenient if an item or pallet label is damaged upon delivery.
In our view, the item receipt is one of the most essential processes in the warehouse. If errors occur in the receiving process, these are typically duplicated in the following processes. This applies both to the physical receipt of items but also in the case of manufacturing items.
