Before Tasklet, Intercamp’s picking process was entirely manual. Each week, their team would process orders with pen and paper, creating a mountain of picking slips. For dealers receiving 2-3 deliveries a week, there could be up to 40 picking notes for a single dealer, all handled manually.
“You’d go through them all one by one", recalls Christian Busch, Warehouse Manager at Intercamp. “It was far from efficient, and we knew we needed to simplify our picking process to ease our order handling.”
After implementing Tasklet, the Pick feature allowed the team to consolidate multiple sales orders into a single pick for each dealer, eliminating the need for countless picking slips: “Instead of 40 picking notes, we had just one with a defined picking route,” Christian explains. “It gave us a clear workflow and eliminated so much of the repetitive work we were dealing with.”
