Before Tasklet, Intercamp’s picking process was entirely manual. Each week, their team would process orders with pen and paper, creating a mountain of picking slips. For dealers receiving 2-3 deliveries a week, there could be up to 40 picking notes for a single dealer, all handled manually. 

“You’d go through them all one by one", recalls Christian Busch, Warehouse Manager at Intercamp. “It was far from efficient, and we knew we needed to simplify our picking process to ease our order handling.”

Scanning items during moving of items around their warehouse has ensured accuracy and drastically reduced their picking errors on all order lines: “We’ve reduced picking errors to just 0.33% on all order lines” says Christian. “Considering each error takes at least half an hour to resolve, the time savings are massive. More importantly, this level of accuracy strengthens customer trust and keeps them coming back with more orders.”
