A Journey of People and Culture

With more than 20 years of HR experience, Lone brings a diverse range of expertise to Tasklet. Her career started in the tourism sector, recruiting passionate professionals, and continued to evolve as she took on roles in various industries, each time shaping and refining her approach to employee growth and well-being.

In her role as People & Culture Manager, Lone's mission builds upon the existing strong culture at Tasklet. She will introduce frameworks that enhance employee well-being and development. Her approach emphasizes trust and collaboration, complementing traditional HR functions with a focus on personal connections and a shared understanding.

“Joining Tasklet, where people truly are at the essence of everything we do, is a wonderful opportunity, and I look forward to nurturing an atmosphere where every team member can achieve their full potential,” Lone shares.

Living the 'People First' Philosophy

Tasklet's mission, "Everything we do must empower people to perform," resonates deeply with Lone's role. Her focus on empowering employees aligns with Tasklet's objectives, ensuring that each team member is prepared to handle their responsibilities effectively and with a sense of ownership.

"'People First' is not just a philosophy; it's the core of Tasklet's culture," Lone observes, highlighting that skilled employees are the cornerstone of Tasklet and that their well-being is crucial for the company's success.

"Our leadership team is dedicated to fostering a work environment that values mutual trust, flexibility, and the contribution of every team member. They understand that this is fundamental for people to perform at their best,” she explains, adding:

"Furthermore, there's a strong commitment to appreciating our team members. This is evident in the availability of quality coffee, opportunities for brain breaks with a game of foosball, padel tennis matches, a weekly social bar event, and much more. Tasklet is a company where the belief is that such an environment not only values but also actively supports our team's efforts".

Her extensive experience and people-focused approach strengthen leadership's capacity to make well-informed decisions that enhance employee satisfaction and uphold Tasklet's values.

When asked about measuring success in the role, Lone humbly refers that being up to others to evaluate, but she envisions Tasklet evolving from its entrepreneurial roots to a more structured entity without compromising its pioneering spirit. And Tasklet's fundamental core values—We Care, We Dare, We Have Fun—are at the heart of the new People & Culture Manager, with a focus on nurturing engagement, trust, and empowerment among employees.

CEO, Peter List, endorses this sentiment: “With Lone's arrival, we strengthen our commitment to a future where our values are the bedrock on which we build every day. She will assume a pivotal role in employee development and talent management, positioning Tasklet as a compelling destination for emerging talent, all while preserving the distinctive culture that sets us apart.
