The solution is also being prepared for further efficiency improvements in Fairpoint Outdoors’ packing and shipping operations. Employees can soon complete the entire process directly on their scanners - generating documents, labels, and packing slips: “No more waiting or standing in line at computers to finish tasks. Everything will be handled directly at the packing stations with the scanners,” Kenneth adds.

The implementation of Tasklet has had a major impact on employee satisfaction and training at Fairpoint Outdoors. The new intuitive system has eliminated frustrations caused by inefficiencies of the old system. Employees especially appreciated the multi-picking functionality, which replaced the tedious process of picking and packing small batches repeatedly:

"Before, employees were frustrated picking three items, packing them, and repeating the process. With Tasklet’s Tote Picking, they immediately saw how much easier things could be. People were lining up to try it!” Kenneth shares.

The new system has also streamlined onboarding for new employees: "Because of Tasklet’s user-friendliness, we can now train new staff in under two hours, and they’re ready to work. This is critical during peak seasons when we rely on temporary workers," Kenneth explains.

Fairpoint Outdoors has seen a dramatic drop in shipping errors after implementing the solution: "Reaching 99% accuracy in shipment, especially in a process involving people, is incredible. Scanning items using Tasklet has made a tremendous difference for our business," Kenneth notes.

Additionally, Tasklet has simplified scanner deployment. What once required IT support is now handled directly by warehouse managers, minimizing downtime: “Tasklet is incredibly flexible.
