No. Tasklet does not store, process, or transmit customer business data. All data flows directly between your devices and your Microsoft Business Central environment.
Tasklet does not act as a processor of customer transactional data. Customer business data remains within the customer’s Microsoft tenant and under the customer’s control.
No. Tasklet does not have access to customer Business Central tenants, databases, or APIs unless explicitly configured by the customer within their own Microsoft environment.
The MDM platform handles device‑related information only, such as device identifiers, configuration status, and management metadata. It does not process business transactions.
Remote support is limited to the device interface and does not provide backend system access. Tasklet cannot extract or centrally store customer data through the MDM platform.
Access is limited to authenticated users and may include customer administrators, authorized partners, and Tasklet support personnel, depending on role configuration.
