Benjamin Sindersen Nielsen │Technical Support & Delivery │ HQ

Benjamin is an AP Graduate in Automation Engineering with customer service and support experience from various companies. You will meet Benjamin as part of our delivery team where he will assist customers and partners with technical issues and help them to get the most out of Tasklet WMS.

Rawn Hornsby │Technical Supporter │North America

With more than 20 years in IT/Network Support, Rawn is looking forward to bringing in his experience and growing with the Tasklet family. He will be a great asset to the support and delivery team in North America. Rawn is looking forward to assisting partners and customers with an extraordinary customer experience.



Linda Hope │Customer Success Manager │ North America

Linda comes to Tasklet Factory with a variety of experience in both Customer Service and People Management.  Most recently working as a business manager assistant at a sales and marketing company.  Linda spent several years in the consumer products industry delivering market share growth through territory management.  Linda is excited to join the US sales team in the Tampa Bay area of Florida where she will assist customers to achieve the maximum value from their WMS solution.

Preya Ravichandran │ Technical Support │ HQ


Preya has a bachelor’s degree in Art and Technology, a master’s degree in Experience design, and is specialized in user experience. Preya comes to Tasklet with experience from a wide range of tasks, all of which can be related to user-friendliness, implementation, and technical optimization. As part of the delivery team, Preya wishes to contribute to a good first impression and deliver a good service- and user experience to our customers and partners throughout their journey with Tasklet.

Oliver Andersen

Oliver comes to Tasklet with 2 years of experience with working within IT at the Danish Hospital Service, where he learned a lot about critical IT operations and the importance of it working at all times. Oliver strives to offer amazing support for our customers and partners, and he is excited to learn more about the world which our customers are working in every day, so he can go that extra mile to help when needed.

Joanna Panduro │ Administrative Assistant │ HQ

Joanna has joined the finance team at Tasklet, where she is training to become a bookkeeper. Joanna is excited to acquire skills and knowledge within bookkeeping at Tasklet over the next 2 years under guidance of Martine, Finance Controller, along with her occasional school courses.

Gitte Bech Knudsen │ Office Coordinator │ HQ

Gitte is Tasklet’s new office coordinator and will contribute to a variety of different tasks throughout the entire organization - in areas that need an extra hand or another set of eyes. Gitte is excited to help and relieve her Tasklet colleagues, take care of practical errands, and create order. Most importantly Gitte is always ready to create coziness in the office for her colleagues, make sure we have what we need, and she is always ready to offer her help.

Ruofan Wu │Junior Mobile App Developer │HQ

As a recent M.Sc. graduate in Computer Science, Ruofan is excited to have the opportunity to become a part of Tasklet. With success from previous work experience in app development, Ruofan will be contributing to the App Development Team by delivering high-quality solutions for Mobile WMS users, that can optimize various processes in warehouse management. Otherwise, Ruofan is looking forward to expand and improve his skills while working at the company as a developer.

Kris comes to Tasklet with a lot of experience working with app development in different companies, where his focus was on maintaining and further developing mobile applications. Tina Rysgaard Vennevold │ CFO (Chief Financial Officer) │ HQ

Tina joins Tasklet as CFO to further strengthen the accounting department and facilitate the transition of the accounting department from back-office support to an integrated part of the Tasklet Factory organization -  focusing on embedding the use of data into the day-to-day business. Tina has a 17+ years’ experience as auditor in both DK and US. In recent years, Tina has worked as CFO/FD in various industries responsible for finance, HR, and IT. Besides core finance, Tina enjoys working with process optimization, automation, and digitalization.
