Casper Bæhr – Sales Channel Manager - HQ
Casper will contribute to co-developing business with partners and end-users as a part of the Tasklet Factory sales organization. Throughout his career - in roles as Consultant, Head of Analysis, and Project Manager - Casper has dissected the needs and opportunities of a long list of companies in a broad range of industries. With extensive experience in eye-level communication and sparing with stakeholders at all organizational levels, this will contribute to successful partner relations and valuable Mobile WMS solutions for the end-users.
Maria José Avila – Technical Support - HQ
Maria is a recent master's graduate in IT design and application development with an international background. Maria is ready to offer good service by assisting Tasklet Factory partners and customers, thereby contributing to the Delivery team. She wishes to grow with Tasklet Factory and become an expert in providing solutions to any issue as well as offering exceptional service.
Simon Berndt Kruhl – Technical Support - HQ
Simon has been working the last two years as an IT-Supporter for the UFST in Denmark, where he helped users at Skat with various IT issues they encountered during their day. Simon has joined our Delivery team, where he will contribute with his know-how and broad skillset to help take care of both customers and partners.

Edward Willoughby – Customer Success Manager – North America
Edward comes to Tasklet Factory with a variety of experience in both Sales and Account Management. Most recently working in the Business Intelligence software space in both sales and customer success. Edward hails from London, England, and has a passion for helping his customers and partners alike achieve their goals and will be well placed to help customers achieve maximum value from their WMS solution. 
Vivek Sarma – Senior Business Central Developer – North America
Vivek Sarma from Vancouver, BC, Canada, has joined Tasklet Factory North America. Vivek has 15+ years of IT experience providing project management, systems analysis, software development, implementation, and support. Vivek has around 8 years of experience as a NAV/BC developer developing apps for Microsoft App Source and has consulting expertise. Vivek is a Certified Scrum Master and an advocate of agile methodology.
