For all support related inquiries, please use our Service Desk.

The service desk enables you to:

  • submit a bug report
  • ask our consultants a question
  • request a new feature
  • trace the history of your request (and any previous service desk tickets you may have submitted).

We strive to answer all requests within 4 hours during normal work hours (8:00 – 16:00 CET)

Product Roadmap

We will support all future versions of Dynamics AX and Dynamics NAV.
Our goal is to be ready as soon as possible after the release from Microsoft, but no later than 3 months.
